Held: A Healing Retreat for Honoring Grief and Reconnecting to What’s Possible

  • Western Massachusetts (map)

This intimate 3-day retreat is a space to tend grief gently and powerfully.

In these wild and tender times, many of us are carrying grief in our bodies – personal, ancestral, collective.

Here, you’ll have space to honor what you’ve been holding—old grief, quiet grief, the grief of the world – and invite it to move through embodied practice, ceremony, shamanic journeying, reflection, and community, we’ll tend what hurts, honor what’s been lost, and make room for connection, aliveness, and the possibility of meeting the world with an open heart.

Includes:

·   4 nourishing meals (Fri dinner, Sat lunch + dinner, Sun breakfast)

·   All practices, materials, ceremony, retreat space

·   Safe, trauma-informed, and healing space-holding

·   Beautiful fall in the Western MA area :)

🏡 Lodging & transportation not included; shared housing option available (~$300–500)

Space is limited as this is an intimate retreat.

First come, first served.

Sliding Scale Pricing:

Early Bird (through July 15): $647–947

After July 15: $747–1080

Bonus for early sign-ups:

Everyone who registers by July 15 will be invited to join our Bonus Retreat Circle (2-hour virtual mini retreat) in August.

This session will help you begin grounding and preparing—emotionally, energetically, and practically—for what’s to come.

We'll weave gentle nervous system practices, somatic reflection, and intention-setting to soften the path ahead. It’s also a chance to begin connecting with the group, tuning into your body, and arriving more fully to retreat weekend.
