    Hi, I’m Kelly.
    I help high-capacity women navigate anxiety, burnout, leadership pressure, caregiving, and major life transitions without losing themselves in the process.

    For more than 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of global public health, humanitarian service, leadership, trauma, healing, and deep personal transformation.

    I earned my MPH from Columbia University and have worked across Central America, Africa, the Caribbean, and communities throughout the United States supporting people through crisis, change, healing, and rebuilding.

    I’ve spoken on stages, attended deaths, births, and panic attacks, witnessed profound transformation, and spent years helping others hold immense responsibility with more resilience, humanity, and care.

    And along the way, I lost myself, too.
    I burned out hard. Twice.
    Once as changemaker.
    And once as a mother, changemaker, and solopreneur, working to hold everything together.

    I lived through years of anxiety, unexplained illness, nervous system breakdown, exhaustion, pain, and panic that the modern medical system couldn’t explain.

    There were seasons where I quietly cried in the closet while panicking about how to move forward, so my child wouldn’t hear me.
    Seasons where I wondered if I’d ever feel at home – safe and calm – in my body again.

    My healing journey – on multiple levels – transformed my life.

    Not because I escaped the hard, but because I grew my capacity to move through it differently.

    Over time, I discovered that real transformation happens when we work with and integrate the nervous system, the body, the emotional landscape, the soul… and the practical, complex realities of leadership, relationships, caregiving, and being human on the planet in these times.

    The integration of all of these became the foundation of my work.

    Today, I guide women through deep healing and nervous system transformation so they can navigate the hard, extract the beauty and meaning from it, and feel more grounded, connected, resilient, expressed, and fully alive inside their lives again.

    My work is trauma-informed, soul-centered, deeply relational, and grounded in both lived experience and decades of professional practice.

    Whether we work together through private mentorship, retreats, private healing immersions, leadership spaces, or group programs, I walk you through your own personal healing journey to support your transformation, and help you come out stronger, more aligned, more embodied, and more joyful on the other side.

    I’ve been on the ground - worked as servant leader in multiple settings, done Public Health and humanitarian work on the ground in Central America, Africa, the Caribbean, and many cities in the US. I earned my MPH from Columbia University, have spoken on stages, attended deaths, births, panic attacks, big healing journeys, and many transformational experiences in between. I became a solo mother by choice about midway through my professional journey.

    I’ve lived with unexplained sickness for months and years that the western medical system couldn’t explain (some that left me wondering if I’d make it out alive), found myself quietly sobbing in the closet so my kid wouldn’t hear, survived panic attacks that felt like the world would end, and healed .

    Through the journey, I’ve learned how to help people heal their nervous systems, souls, hearts and bodies, how to navigate big crises - personal and professional, and how to lead, live and parent powerfully in times of deep and turbulent collective transformation.

    I’ve created a map of sorts - after learning that when you combine trauma nervous system regulation, deep soul-level transformation, and practical leadership & parenting tools, it changes everything.
